None of the collectibles are missable! You can pick up everything in free-roam after the story (which is recommended). Pick up what you find yourself during the story. Then come back after the story to mop up the missing items. This guide is intended for use AFTER the story. When you first visit these areas, you won’t have the required skills to reach all collectibles. Obtaining 100% Completion is required to get all trophies.

By following this guide, you will earn all trophies, including Platinum. All trophies come automatically while working towards 100% completion. The only Collectible Types not needed for any trophies are Campsites. Everything else is needed. Even though the trophy list doesn’t outright mention some collectible types, you basically need everything. So just complete every region 100% and you will automatically earn all trophies along the way.

It does not matter in which order you do the regions. Finish the story first, get every collectible during the story you come across, then get back to each area in the order you want.
