When you first visit the area in the story, you are still missing the unlockable skills needed to reach some collectibles. This walkthrough is intended for use after the story.

Destroy the stone and pick up the item.

Destroy the stone and pick up the item.
#7 – Sacred Olive Tree
#8- The Summit
For this, you need to progress the story at least until you defeat Apate (the seventh mainstory boss). Then you need to finish all Muse chambers. See 
Amusing. Then head back here. Defeat this trio to unlock 
The Summit.
#9- Supply Chest
Chest contains 1x Durable Plate.
#10- Supply Chest
