Introduction

Welcome to the Mafia The Old Country: Man of Honor DLC Trophy Guide! This expansion follows the storyline of Ennio Salieri before the events of Mafia 1, and how he ended up in America. It also introduces new collectibles to Free Ride (43 Wanted Posters, 15 Sulfur Trucks, 10 Stunt Jumps).

Step 1: Complete the DLC on Classic Difficulty [2-3 Hours]

Before starting the DLC, you should go into Options > Settings > Gameplay, and set the difficulty to Classic. Classic difficulty isn’t very difficult as there are not many shootouts in this very short 2 chapter DLC. Completing the DLC storyline will only take 2-3 hours.

There is only 1 semi-missable trophy earned in the story during Intermezzo II – Fratellanza, which is trophy Snapshot. Once you get the optional objective to meet with Isabella, make sure you go to it. If you end up missing this, you can still earn it in Chapter Select.

You’ll also come across some of the Wanted Posters while you’re playing through the story. All Wanted Posters can be collected during Free Ride, so there is no need to worry if you miss any.

Step 2: Complete all Free Ride Jobs & Challenges [2-3 Hours]

After finishing the main story of the DLC, you can feel free to lower the difficulty down to Easy for this section as nothing else requires you to stay on Classic difficulty.

As soon as you load up Free Ride, go to Porto Almano and head into Salieri’s Warehouse to speak with him. After talking with him, you’ll now have access to do all of his Jobs & Challenges. There are a total of 11 Challenges and 8 Jobs to complete. One of the jobs has you finding collectibles however, which can be done during Step 3.

Step 3: Collectibles [2-4 Hours]

Now that all the content is finished, all that is left is to collect any collectibles you might have missed. There are 43 Wanted Posters, 15 Sulfur  Trucks, 10 Stunt Jumps:

Against All Odds
Completed Man of Honor on Classic difficulty
You will need to clear the DLC storyline on Classic difficulty to unlock this trophy. Before starting the DLC, go to Options > Settings > Gameplay, and then set the difficulty to Classic. If you forgot to do this, or started on an easier difficulty, you can replay whichever chapter you didn’t complete on Classic difficulty. The DLC only has 2 chapters total.

Some players have reported that replaying the chapters on Classic difficulty via Chapter Select still doesn’t unlock the trophy, so to be extra safe, make sure you’re on Classic difficulty before starting the DLC.
The Challenger
Completed all of Salieri’s Challenges, earning at least a medal in each.
To accept the challenges, head to Free Ride and talk to Salieri at his warehouse in Porto Almaro. There are a total of 11 challenges for Salieri spread throughout the map to complete. You’ll know it’s one of Salieri’s challenges based on the poker chip icon on the map. More challenges will unlock as you complete them.

  • Road Sprint 1/2 – Targa Course – A large race featuring 51 checkpoints. You’ll need to place at least 3rd.
  • Road Sprint 2/2 – Temple Sprint – A large race featuring 35 checkpoints. You’ll need to place at least 3rd.
  • Circuit Race 1/2 – Vineyard Tour – A small race featuring 3 laps. You’ll need to place at least 3rd.
  • Circuit Race 2/2 – Factory Loop – A small race featuring 5 laps. You’ll need to place at least 3rd.
  • Time Trial 1/3 – Mine Dash – You’ll have 1 minute and 30 seconds to race to a certain destination. Every time you pass through a checkpoint you’ll gain 5 seconds. You’ll need at least 18 seconds left on the timer.
  • Time Trial 2/3 – Portside Trial – You’ll have 5 minutes to race to a certain destination. There is no set route, you choose which way to go. You’ll need at least 1 minute and 20 seconds left on the timer.
  • Time Trial 3/3 – East Valley Run – You’ll have 5 minutes to race to a certain destination. There is no set route, you choose which way to go. You’ll need at least 1 minute and 20 seconds left on the timer.
  • Assassination 1/2 – Norman Ruins – You’ll have 10 minutes to assassination your target and escape undetected. You’ll only need to complete the challenge within the time limit, no need to find any safes.
  • Assassination 2/2 – The Lodge – You’ll have 10 minutes to assassination your target and escape undetected. You’ll only need to complete the challenge within the time limit, no need to find any safes.
  • Standoff 1/2 – Collezolfo Stud Farm – You’ll have 1 minute and 30 seconds to clear 4 waves of enemies. Killing enemies will increase your time, as well as looting certain corpses. You’ll need to score at least 15,000 points.
  • Standoff 2/2 – Mining Prospect – You’ll have 1 minute and 30 seconds to clear 4 waves of enemies. Killing enemies will increase your time, as well as looting certain corpses. You’ll need to score at least 15,000 points.
A Working Man
Completed all of Salieri’s Jobs
In order to accept a job, head to Free Ride and talk to Salieri at his warehouse in Porto Almaro. There are a total of 8 jobs to complete. You’ll unlock more jobs as you complete them.

  1. Fruitful Arrangement – Tasks you with stealing a truck loaded with whiskey and bringing it back to Salieri’s Warehouse.
  2. A Gentleman’s Discretion – Tasks you with stealing Modesto Tirone’s car, and bringing it back to Salieri’s Warehouse.
  3. Making a Killing – Tasks you with heading to Collezolfo to investigate the criminals and steal anything valuable. After finding the valuables, you can return to Salieri’s Warehouse.
  4. Vultures at the Villa – Tasks you with going to Villa Ludovici and stealing his car, then bringing it back to Salieri’s Warehouse.
  5. The Vanishing Driver – Tasks you with stealing D’Alessio’s car, and brining it back to Salieri’s Warehouse.
  6. Relics and Ruin – Tasks you with finding the smugglers’ stash, which is located on a truck that you’ll need to bring back to Salieri’s Warehouse.
  7. Out of Time – Tasks you with finding the washed-up crates of luxury watches. After finding the note in the safe, you can return to Salieri’s Warehouse.
  8. Sulfur Trucks – There are a total of 15 unmarked Sulfur Trucks spread through the map that you’ll need to destroy. Refer to » Mafia The Old Country: Man of Honor DLC – All Sulfur Truck Locations

During Intermezzo II – Fratellanza, once you get the objective “Meet Cesare at Bar Caffé Ginevra”, you’ll also get the optional objective “Meet with Isabella”. Follow the optional objective to Lago Efesto and talk with Isabella. You’ll get the trophy after she takes your picture.

  1. Hello. I selected “Man of Honor” from the menu assuming I would get an option to select the difficulty. However, I was booted straight into the first cutscene and difficulty was set to Hard. Now there’s no option to start a new playthrough for Man of Honor. All I see on the main menu is “Continue Man of Honor”. Any solution to restart Man of Honor on classic difficulty?

  2. “Against all odds” is bugged for me, i completed both chapters trought chapter select but no trophy.
    And i’m not the only one apparently by the comments online.

    • I’ll update the guide that chapter select isn’t working for some players. It personally worked for me as the first chapter was completed on Easy for me so I had to redo it. It’s a very short DLC so thankfully if this issue does happen for some players, it at least doesn’t take too long to just start from scratch

    • Update: I replayed the DLC, but this time I started it directly from the menu, and the trophy unlocked.
