Dawn Stone Location:

Dawn Stone can be bought from the Stone Emporium shop, after Main Mission 39: The Infinite Z-A Royale.

Dawn Stone Location 2:

Found in Lysandre Labs (reached through Lysandre Café, during Main Mission 35: Reaching Rank A). From a red Pokeball pickup. In one of the purple rooms in the west of Lysandre Labs. It’s the second room from the left. To reach it you must step through a teleporter in the big yellow room. You can return any time after the mission by entering Lysandre Café.

Dawn Stone Location 3:

Reward from Side Mission 90: Froslass’s Unfinished Business (unlocks from story progress). Starts in Bleu Sector 3 (red cursor is on map image).
