Sun Stone can be bought from the Stone Emporium shop, after Main Mission 39: The Infinite Z-A Royale.
Sun Stone Location 2:
On the rooftop of Magenta Sector 6. You can get up there over the scaffolding at the northern end of the same building (use Rock Smash attack to break the rocks blocking the street).
Sun Stone Location 3:
Reward from Side Mission 93: Finding A Place for Heliolisk. Starts in the south-east of Lumiose City, at Café Soleil.
