Moon Stone Location:

Moon Stone can be bought from the Stone Emporium shop, after Main Mission 39: The Infinite Z-A Royale.

Moon Stone Location #2:

In Lumiose Sewers that you visit during Main Mission 20: A Request from the Rust Syndicate. There you are tasked with helping the syndicate clear out Mega Crystals in the sewers. At the end of the sewers pick up the red pokeball item on the floor. Afterward the Lumiose Sewers stay marked as a fast travel location on the map, in the west of the map at Saison Canal in Magenta Sector.
