Characteristics: It builds up electricity in its abdomen, focuses it through its jaws, and then fires the electricity off in concentrated beams. If it carries a Charjabug to use as a spare battery, a flying Vikavolt can rapidly fire high-powered beams of electricity.

- Evolves from Charjabug (use item Thunder Stone for Evolution – You find Thunder Stone Location in North Lake Miloch (Wild Region). In the north of the region is a hill with grass on it. On the edge of the hill you find a red Pokeball item pickup that contains Thunder Stone)
- Giant’s Seat (Wild Area) – OVERWORLD – Normal Weather, Overcast, Intense Sun, Sandstorm (Lv. 46)
