Reboot is a side quest in Stellar Blade. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Reboot side mission.

Interact with the first Camp location on the path to the left
To enable the camp (and all other electronics in the Wasteland) you need to go to the Solar Tower, which is in the area southwest of the Camp. You do need to take the path leading directly south, the west to reach the tower, you can’t reach it through the immediately southwest path from the first camp due to the gap.
When you reach the tower interact with the yellow drone in front of the door for some more info about the problem. You will need to go up the stairs in the center of the tower, then climb up to the top using the handholds on the tower along with the floating drone platforms.
At the top there is a console you can interact with, but you need to continue further past that drone up a couple more platforms to find one stuck under some debris.
You can then jump back to the previous platform and interact with the panel to enable the tower, which powers the facilities throughout the Wasteland. You can hop on the nearby flying drones and ride them down, then speak with the drone near the entrance to complete the quest.
