Starting Location: The Words of Mother Sphere
Speak with the man in the bookstore on the west side of the city.
Francis asks you to obtain a book from the library in Eidos 7. You’ll need to head back to Silent Street, which is the first portion of Eidos 7 at the start of the game. Follow the story path until you reach the library you pass through before the parking structure, In the corner of the building you can find a new interactable book, which gives the Document The Words of the Devout Felix. You can then return to Francis to complete the quest.
