Vampire Bloodlines 2 Thin-Blood Anarch Leaders Locations

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 Loose Cannon DLC contains 20 Thin-Blood Anarch Leaders. Defeating all Anarch Leaders is required for the Cleaned Up the Town trophy/achievement – Destroy 20 thin-blood Anarch leaders across Seattle.

Thin-Blood Anarch Leaders

The Anarch Leaders function as a form of collectible like the ones in the main game, except they are the higher level enemies that were found throughout the main game, such as the sledgehammer, dual SMG, or invisibility enemies. You are pointed toward some of these with a red scent trail that appears with Heightened Scenes, but the rest only appear with the clue reticle that grows when you are near and looking toward them like the collectibles in the main game.

Missable Warning: Anarch Leaders must all be dealt with before entering the construction site tower in the 4th DLC story quest The Sting. After you enter the construction site tower during this quest you can’t exit, and therefore can’t deal with the remaining collectibles without reloading a prior save or starting a new playthrough. 

The Anarch Leaders don’t all seem to appear at the same time, more of them appear as you complete the DLC quests, with all of them appearing around Seattle once you have started The Sting. Because of this, it is recommended to just ignore them until that point and clean them all up together, as there is no point in dealing with them outside of the trophy requirement or obtaining consumables.

This is on ground level where the objective to start The Meet is, if you are doing these all at the end you’ll likely have dealt with it already.
