Part-Time Hero is a set of objectives in Yakuza Like a Dragon that you gain access to in Chapter 5 after finishing Substory 12. It is split into three categories: Support, Rescue, and Challenge.
Missing Person quests are specific ones under the Support category where you need to find a person somewhere in Ijincho and talk to them to “find” them. This guide covers the 5 missing person quests, which are a large boost to your star total and Part Time Hero Member Rank.
Missing: Willful Son
In front of Sasaki Arcade, speak to the boy out front looking at the capsule machines.

Inside Cafe Brave (the restaurant below the Part-time Hero office), interact with the girl looking at the food counter.

Missing: Homeless Wreck
By the homless encampment, straight south on the building from the Shogi player. You need to get right up against the two people under the tarp to look at this person.

Missing: Fellow Gaijin
Coming out of the entrance of la chatte blanche, take an immediate right staying under the building overhang and look at the man sitting on the bench.

Take the stairs leading up the back of walkway behind The Harbor Light and Bar Rodriguez, speak to the man looking out into the river.
