This guide shows how to solve the Shadow Bird Puzzle in the Powers Club Crypt in Case 2.2 of Gotham Knights to complete the objective “Solve the puzzle” (Court of Owls Hideout). As part of the main story, you will enter a crypt in the Powers Club (Owls Hideout). You will have to interact with a spotlight to shine a bright light at a wall. Then you must move golden figures to form a shadow bird on the wall. Each switch you can interact with lets you rotate one of the bird’s body parts. When positioned correctly they will look like a bird facing to the right.
Case 2.2 – How to Solve the Puzzle
The goal is to rotate the figures on the ancient table to block the light from the lamp. This will form a shadow bird on the wall. The bird must face to the right, with its talons facing right. See the image below and copy the solution as shown.
If you haven’t interacted with any tables yet, the solution is as follows (you can pause the game and return to Main Menu, then press Continue to reset the Puzzle):
- Figure 1 (Talons) = 1 Click
- Figure 2 (Beak) = 2 Clicks
- Figure 3 (Wing 1) = 3 Clicks
- Figure 4 (Wing 2) = 3 Clicks (it may take a fourth click to trigger the cutscene)
After the full bird shadow is seen at the wall, the wall behind the bird will reveal a hidden path. Here’s the full image solution from up close:
