Herdier Location in Pokemon Sword & Shield: This Pokemon requires the Isle of Armor DLC! In Isle of Armor you can find Herdier in the following locations:

• Requires Isle of Armor Expansion! Cannot be found in the main game.
• Evolves from Lillipup (at Level 16+). If the Lilipup you caught is already a higher level, simply level it up one more time to trigger the evolution.
• Even though the Pokedex shows no Habitats for this Pokemon, players have reported seeing it in “Training Lowlands” area (Isle of Armor) during heavy fog (this could use further confirmation).
