Control Resonant has 32 Fast Travel Door Locations (Fast Travel Points). They get marked on the map when going near them. Interact with the door once to unlock it permanently for fast travel. You have to interact with a Fast Travel Door to teleport to another. You can’t fast travel from anywhere, only by interacting with a door.
Knowing all fast travel locations is a big time saver and you should prioritize this before cleaning up all the side content and collectibles. It will vastly cut down on the distances you need to travel on foot.
