The Winter Farms is a sensei tale in Ghost of Yotei. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of The Winter Farms side quest and all 5 Hana’s Farm Locations.

Kunai Defender - Quest Info: 5 Farms are being attacked by Nine Tails all over Teshio Ridge. Hana has asked me to help defend them and their families.
Starting Location: The Winter Farms
This starts by interacting with the dead body in front of Hana’s Farm, in the north-west of Teshio Ridge.
Farm 1
Farm 1 is automatically liberated where the quest starts. When you inspect the dead body at Hana’s Farm, kill the Nine Tails that appear. Then Hana gives you the Kunai Quickfire Weapon. She then makes you practice with the Kunai.
After liberating the first farm, you are tasked with liberating the other 4 farms. They’re all in Teshio Ridge region and will be marked red on the map as “Hana’s Farm”. You just need to defeat the enemies at each farm.
Farm 2
Found in the north of Teshio Ridge at Shipwreck Shoal. Simply defeat all enemies. There’s an archer on a platform, you can shoot him or use your grappling hook to climb the rope.
Farm 3
Found around the middle of Teshio Ridge, in the south-west of Sentinel Forest. Approach the woman, then the Nine Tails will ambush you (they pop out of vases here). Defeat them, then Hana comes. Afterward you must go to the bushes behind the house to find more Nine Tails who are hiding there. Defeat them too and Hana will reward you with Charm of Hidden Blades.
Farm 4
Find in the west of Teshio Ridge at Teshio River, south-west from Ran’s Workshop.
There are two hidden groups of enemies at this farm. Enter the yard next to the farm and one group will pop out of vases. The other group is behind the house in the green bushes, they will jump out when you approach. Also be sure to defeat the archers, they like to hide along the cliffs and blend in with the snow. Afterward Hana will appear.
Farm 5
Defeat the group of enemies near the two settlers, then untie the woman. Hana will arrive. Defeat the next 3 waves of enemies that come running to you.
After all 5 Farms are defeated you unlock the trophy 
Kunai Defender and the Charm of Burning Blades.
This finishes The Winter Farms in Ghost of Yotei.
