Introduction
Welcome to the Ghost of Yotei Legends DLC Trophy Guide! Yotei Legends is a Co-Op Online DLC to Ghost of Yotei. It’s very similar to Ghost of Tsushima’s Legends Mode, so if you’ve played that, you’ll know what to expect. Legends is based on the main game’s combat system but with 4 playable classes and allowing for cooperative online gameplay with other players. You must finish the campaign, survival on gold difficulty, raids, and reach rank 25 with all 4 classes.
Step 1: Complete all Story Missions
From the hub, interact with the Torii gate stele and select Campaign. For this trophy, you have to complete all 4 missions for each of the Yotei Six banner. The first three missions are chapters that you can play either solo or with a friend. The fourth and final mission is an Incursion where you’re teamed up with up to three players to take down a demonic form of the Yotei Six you’ve selected.
Step 2: Survival Missions
For
Ghosts Unyielding you must complete any Survival mission on Gold difficulty or higher. To unlock Gold, you must first successfully complete Survival mode in the Bronze and Silver difficulty. Each tier consists of surviving a total of 12 waves of enemies.
Step 3: Raid & Rank 25 with all Classes
For
Kaibyaku, you must finish the two Raid Missions. You must also reach Rank 25 with all four classes: Samurai, Hunter, Mercenary, Shinobi, but this will come naturally through gameplay.

| The Legends DLC features 4 different classes: Samurai, Hunter, Mercenary, Shinobi. For this trophy, you must reach Rank 25 with each class. This will come naturally through gameplay. After reaching rank 25 with one class, the other classes will go a bit faster as you can use most of the already unlocked gear. | ||

Kaibyaku Complete the Raid missions. |
|
| Ghost of Yotei: Legends features a Raid mode. To access the Raids, you must interact with the central Torii stele in the Haven of the Ghosts and choose Raids.
There are two Raids, the Dragon and Lord Saito. Completing the Dragon is a necessary requirement to access Lord Saito. Because matchmaking is unavailable at the time of the Raid’s release, you must find three other players to team up with. Communication and coordination are essential for the Raids. Without good communication and coordination, you won’t get far. Additionally, because of how challenging the Raids’ bosses are, you won’t stand a chance if you have a build that is lower than A tier on all gear properties. For example, the damage increase you get from even B- to A+ will make a difference here. As for what you need to do during the Raids themselves, getting through the puzzle areas isn’t a problem, the real challenge is the bosses. Here are some suggested strategies: The Dragon: he has three main attacks.
Don’t ignore the elite enemies he spawns, mainly Bo-Hiyas and Lords. You want to try and get rid of them because they can otherwise be a nuisance while taking care of everything else. Lord Saito Lord Saito basically combines all of the Yotei Six and their trademark moves and mechanics, but much more powerful. During the fight, he spawns Elite enemies (Bo-Hiyas, Lords, Berserkers, Summoners, Yuki-Onnas) as well as massive Jubokko Tree root areas. While facing the attacks he does, you must do your best to clear out the area of some of the Elite enemies. If you go all in on the boss, you’ll die quickly. One more thing to keep in mind is that over time he will fill his Spirit gauge (below his health bar). When the Spirit gauge is full, he will cast one of the following attacks, usually in this order and a couple of seconds after his Spirit gauge is full:
For the rest of the fight, he will continuously go through these same attacks. He will summon the shadow ronin at least one more time and also cast his yellow glint attack on the ground. When he does the latter again, he will cast a second red wave to tank through. If the fight lasts too long, he can cast this attack again and spawn three consecutive red waves, each of which deals increasingly more damage. Last, but most definitely not least, if the boss takes too long to go down he will plunge his Odachi on the ground and cast infinite red wave attacks. When that happens you can only move towards him and attack him until he’s dead and hope to survive. Lord Saito is also extremely vulnerable to Stagger Damage, something that a class like the Samurai is really good at, especially because of his techniques and passive abilities. An S-tier build with all gears featuring Enemy Stagger Damage properties with the use of the Blade of Mountains Odachi which restores health when dealing a Spirit attack is highly recommended. Both the Dragon and Lord Saito are extremely tough battles, sometimes bordering on the unfair, but it’s just a matter of learning the mechanics and exploiting their vulnerabilities. Having a fine-tuned build is key to surviving. |

Hello
Thanx for the guide.
Which mission and which difficulty gives more xp do we have any information? After level 12 its hard to earn xp and grind and would be nice to know where to farm most. Thanx in advance

Thanks for the guide! How come on PlayStation, it says the raid trophy is 0.1% achieved. I thought it will be released in April or could this be the devs ?
PowerPyx says
It’s hacked.

Hi, I have a question about the trophy Kaibyaku.
What tips do you have for getting it if you don’t have a lobby to play in? It requires four people. Is there a trick to getting it solo?
Kind regards
ELYXAN says
Just a tip if you want to level up fast there is also a pretty game breaking exploit to level up / Farm gear. If you google for it you will find videos etc. Maybe it can also get included into the Guide. With this Method it should be possible to get all charakters to level 20 in about 2 hours…

What I don´t understand I´ve beat the story once and after the credits it put me right back, before I defeated Saito, but when I go to Legends Mode I can´t play the Story cause for some reason it´s locked for me, same with Incursion so what exactly do I have to do so that I can play both mode?
Deaadfire says
Matchmaking for raids is now available with new only boss modes (lets you skil raid right before the boss).
Question: anyone tried whether the raid trophy can be awarded for just killing boss in this mode?
Deaadfire says
Update: I can confirm that killing Lord Saito outside of raid (in Saito Battle) was enough to obtain Kaibyaku trophy. (Dragon raid I completed whole, but if you can open Saito in Dragon Battle, i think raid is not neccessary).
