No Man’s Sky How to Get Suspension Fluid

August 9, 2016 by PowerPyx 5 Comments

suspension-fluid

Suspension fluid in No Man’s Sky can be bought from the trade terminal at every space station. It costs ~20,000 units (depends on the solar sytem you are at).

It is used to craft Electron Vapour.

You can also craft it using 50 carbon after obtaining the Suspension Fluid blueprint. When exploring planets there are some alien bases with an alarm inside. Sentinels are swarming around the building and you must shoot open the doors (the sentinels will now attack you). Inside the building is a console. Interact with it and win the multiple-choice event (3 options) to turn off the alarm. You are rewarded with a blueprint when giving the correct answer (if you get a different blueprint go disable another alarm).

    It can also be crafted for 50 Carbon once the blueprint is found.

      Any idea when I can expect to get the blueprint? I’ve still only jumped once but have since crafted my first antimatter.

      @Albie
      When exploring planets there are those enemy bases with an alarm inside and some sentinels swarming around (you must shoot open the door to get inside). Then you must complete a multiple-choice event to turn off the alarm (3 possible answers). When you answer correctly it gives you a blueprint.
      The suspension fluid blueprint was the first one I got. Not sure if it always gives you this first. It’s probably randomized.

      I also got my suspension fluid formula on the very next base i broke into. Possibility that its coincidence but very unlikely.

      Yup, that is correct. I’ll add it in.
