Radnox is an Exotic element and commodity in No Man’s Sky. It is used for trading to make some money. On Radnox rich planets you can stack up on this substance and sell it at the nearest space station for a lot of cash. Some high-end blueprints also use exotic materials for crafting, but currently none are confirmed to use Radnox.
Rarity: Very Rare
Locations:
- Does not exist on every planet. Some planets have glowing plants on them (see screenshots below). They come it lots of shapes and sizes. When using the Multi-Tool’s scanner they will be marked with a green symbol. When you see a green symbol pop up, it might be Radnox.
- Planets with extreme weather conditions (patch 1.03 and above) have a much higher chance of finding exotic elements. I found it on a planet with extreme heat and storms.
