Characteristics: It has a barbaric nature. In battle, it whips its fiery tail around and slashes away with sharp claws. If it becomes agitated during battle, it spouts intense flames, incinerating its surroundings.
Charmeleon Location in Pokemon Sword & Shield: You can find Charmeleon in the following locations:
- Only from evolving Charmander (at Level 16). You first need to get Charmander, which is only possible after beating the story. Once you finished the story, return to Postwick, Hop’s House, upper floor (town where game started). A red Pokeball can be picked up in Hop’s bedroom that contains Charmander. Now level it up or feed it XP items to make it evolve.
- Cannot be caught in the open world.
