Case Info: On the top of the monument was carved the first in a chain of riddles which, as Jon suggests, lead to the Silver Hand’s lost treasure.

Find the first Stash
You must find two stashes and a treasure to complete this little treasure hunt quest. The first is in the south of Old City district.
Find the second Stash
The second stash is in the south-west of Grand Saray district.
Find the Treasure
The treausure is near where the 2nd stash was, also in the south-west of Grand Saray district.
