Looks like a fairly standard completion-based list. The platinum is just time-consuming but not hard. The most time-consuming tasks are to slay all Tainted Monsters, beating the 10th Dreamer’s Maze, recruiting all 100 citizens and upgrading the castle to level 4. You will get a fair chunk of trophies by just playing and enjoying the game.
In total you are looking at roughly 60 hours to platinum at a 3/10 difficulty (the hardest part is beating the 10th Dreamer Door).
