God of War – Foothills Collectible Locations

Foothills contains 9 Collectible Locations in God of War (2018, PS4). This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in Foothills Region in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Nothing is missable, everything can be collected after the story.

When you first visit the area in the story, you are still missing the unlockable skills needed to reach some collectibles. This walkthrough is intended for use after the story.

#1 – Shop 1/1 – 0:05
Unmissable from story.

#2 – Nornir Chest 1/1 (Rage Upgrade) – 0:25
Across from the shop, go up the hill a little bit and check the side path. You must spin the 3 signpost into their correct position to open the chest. The required signs are displayed on the chest. The one above the chest must be “E”, the one at the bottom of the hill a “P”, the one on the right side at the bottom of the hill a “B facing left”. The third signpost is hidden in the poison mist, but you can throw your axe to freeze the poison and reveal the sign.

#3 – Legendary Chest 1/2 – 1:27
Continue up the mountain. After climbing up wall there’s a place with poison gas. Freeze the poison gas. There are two “green energy ball holders” along the path, one is overgrown by vegetation. Use the blades of chaos to burn the vegetation. Now take the green ball of energy from the poison gas area and take it with you (requires blades of chaos), placing it in the energy holders every 10 seconds until you reach the chest door.

On the side path next to the legendary chest.

#5 – Raven 1/2 – 3:21
Inside the hidden chamber. Sitting right above the mystic gateway (turn around from the gateway, face the path you came).

#6 – Mystic Gateway 1/1 – 3:52

#8 – Legendary Chest 2/2 – 5:38
Go back out the hidden chamber and continue on the story path up the mountain (where you previously fought your first Ogre). There’s a legendary chest between the poison clouds. You can throw the axe at the red explosives to blow up the rubble and one of the poison things. Then freeze the other poison thing with your axe.

#9 – Raven 2/2 – 7:16
At the top of the cable car station.
