Evolution: No Evolutions. This Pokemon is a Shape Shifter instead. While its health is above 25% it takes the School Form (very powerful), when health drops below 25% it turns into base form (very weak)
Characteristics: Individually, they’re incredibly weak. It’s by gathering up into schools that they’re able to confront opponents. When it senses danger, its eyes tear up. The sparkle of its tears signals other Wishiwashi to gather.

How to get Wishiwashi School Form: As long as Wishiwashi’s health stays above 25% it takes the School Form (powerful fish). When Wishiwashi’s health drops below 25% it exits School Form and enters its basic form (weak fish). It simply changes its shape based on remaining health. This Pokemon does not evolve.
