Evolution: Zigzagoon > Linoone (Level 20) > Obstagoon (Level 35 at Night)
Characteristics: Its voice is staggering in volume. Obstagoon has a tendency to take on a threatening posture and shout—this move is known as Obstruct. It evolved after experiencing numerous fights. While crossing its arms, it lets out a shout that would make any opponent flinch.

Obstagoon Location in Pokemon Sword & Shield: You can find Obstagoon in the following locations:

  • Lake of Outrage
    • NON-OVERWORLD – Normal Weather (Lv. 50-52) – 25% chance
    • NON-OVERWORLD – Snowing (Lv. 50-52) – 2% chance
  • There can also be a special encounter where this Pokemon walks around in front of Nursery in Bridge Field wild area, during all weather conditions, but only AFTER becoming champion (finished the story).
  • Evolution from Linoone (reach Level 35 at Night).

    Found Obstagoon at Route 2, overworld (daytime). After surfing around Professor Magnolia’s house.

    I got mine at route 2 at the very back of the lake. I saw it when I went to get TM69.
