Pokemon Scarlet & Violet All Evolution Item Locations

In Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, you need Evolution Items to evolve certain Pokemon to their next form. This page provides an overview of all Evolution items in the game. If you want to get the full Pokedex it’s good to know where to find all of these Evolution Items. Some Pokemon that require Evolution Items either can’t be caught in the wild or are very rare. They are basically the secret Evolutions in the game because you must give specific items to specific Pokemon to make them evolve.

Many evolution items can come randomly from golden-sparkling item pickups, but these are completely randomized and don’t guarantee evolution items. Pick up any of the small golden sparkles from the ground that you find, sometimes they give  Evolution Items. A bunch of them can be bought from Delibird Presents or come as rewards from Pokedex completion by talking to Professor Jacq.

Each individual Evolution Item page also lists the Pokemon it’s used for. There are 20 Evolution Items total in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
