No Honor Amongst Thebes is a Main Quest in Assassin’s Creed Origins – The Curse of the Pharaohs DLC. This walkthrough shows how to complete the quest.

Bayek hears rumors about a certain artifact which might has to do something with the curse which is currently present in Thebes and its surroundings. The merchants at Thebes’ black market should know something and this is going to be our first stop. There is a total of four merchants we can talk to, the target by the name of Siamun will wear a blue’ish robe, as can be seen below.
Siamun, who seems to be the shadiest of the shady merchants, wants us to come with him just a bit around the corner. As you might expect, he hired some thugs to take us out. It will be three guards in total, two regular one’s and a brute. They shouldn’t be much of a problem to you.
Once they have been dealt with, face Siamun again and press him for information. Now, all on his own, he suddenly remembers something about a special artifact and that a certain Irsu will hold an auction soon. The auction is secret and requires an invitation. He will point us to the historian Tahemet, who owns one and is most likely to gamble for it.
Tahemet is located on a rooftop not too far away, still playing dice against others. Shortly after we arrive, a fight will start and we have to get rid of another three guards and protect her. She will be thankful and promises that we can pick up the invitation from her house, if we are able to find it.
Enter her house from the roof and go down one floor. You will see some statues that you can move. Turn both statues facing each other, like it can be seen below. If you’ll walk between them afterwards, a hidden room will reveal, once we fall through the hole, which can be seen below as well.
There are a few clues to inspect in the hidden room, the important one being a scroll on the lefthand side.
Reading its information will conclude this quest and opens the possibility to play a follow-up-quest called The Lady of Grace.
