Introduction
Welcome to the Vampire Bloodlines 2: The Flower & The Flame DLC Trophy Guide! This is the second story DLC pack for Vampire Bloodlines 2, following the Loose Cannon DLC released in April 2026. In this DLC you play as Ysabella during the period between the start of the main story and when she is defeated by Phyre halfway through the game.
Like the previous DLC this one is quite short, only taking around an hour for a playthrough unless you search for the collectibles on your own. Unlike the prior DLC you need to make very specific choices for the three “ending” trophies, and they are much more strict than the actual ending requirements in the main game.
Step 1: Normal Difficulty Playthrough, Collecting Collectibles and Completing Misc Trophies
Your first step will be to play through the DLC on normal difficulty, earning all miscellaneous trophies and collecting all collectibles in the open world. If you don’t want to collect the collectibles on Normal difficulty and deal with the enemies you can leave this and do it on one of the next playthroughs on Easy difficulty, as the open world enemies can be very annoying on Normal.

At the same time you will want to pick one of the three “ending” trophies, Absolute Beast, Glorious Diva, or Perfect Predator, and follow the dialogue choices EXACTLY as listed. The requirement for this seems to be extremely strict, and if you make one choice incorrectly in the spots where it matters it seems it can prevent you from earning the specific trophy during that playthrough of the DLC. It is recommended on first playthrough to do the Beast requirements, as this will skip the boss fight so you don’t need to complete it for the Normal difficulty trophy.
Step 2: Playthroughs for Other Endings
Now if you completed everything in the first playthrough you will just need to play through the DLC again twice more to earn the remaining two “ending” trophies. Skipping dialogue you can complete a new playthrough of the DLC in under an hour, and this can be done on Casual difficulty as long as these are the only two trophies you have left. If you skipped collectibles on first playthrough, you’ll need to do at least one of these playthroughs on Easy difficulty as the collectible trophy won’t unlock if you are on Casual.

The Sixxness says
If you want to beat this DLC on Hard use this ability set up. Possession, Mass Manipulation, Entrancing Kiss and Beckon. If you mass manipulate a crowd and possess them the whole crowd fights each other. Then use kiss and beckon to isolate enemies on the outskirts of the fight and feed on them.
