Introduction

Welcome to the Vampire Bloodlines 2: The Flower & The Flame DLC Trophy Guide! This is the second story DLC pack for Vampire Bloodlines 2, following the Loose Cannon DLC released in April 2026. In this DLC you play as Ysabella during the period between the start of the main story and when she is defeated by Phyre halfway through the game.

Like the previous DLC this one is quite short, only taking around an hour for a playthrough unless you search for the collectibles on your own. Unlike the prior DLC you seemingly need to make specific choices during the game for one of three “ending” trophies, but currently these seem to be bugged and won’t unlock for anyone.

Step 1: Normal Difficulty Playthrough, Collecting Collectibles and Completing Misc Trophies

NOTE: Currently the three “ending” trophies for the DLC trophy Absolute Beast, trophy Glorious Diva, and trophy Perfect Predator do not seem to unlock for anyone, so their exact requirements cannot currently be confirmed.

Your first step will be to play through the DLC on normal difficulty, earning all miscellaneous trophies and collecting all collectibles in the open world. If you don’t want to collect the collectibles on Normal difficulty and deal with the enemies you can leave this and do it on one of the next playthroughs on Easy difficulty, as the open world enemies can be very annoying on Normal.

Step 2: Playthroughs for Other Endings

Now if you completed everything in the first playthrough you will just need to play through the DLC again twice more to earn the remaining two “ending” trophies. You can check the description under each trophy for which choices to make to earn each ending. Skipping dialogue you can complete a new playthrough of the DLC in under an hour.

Good Publicity
Restore 15 adverts across Seattle for the “Last Danse” at Atrium.
Bronze
Last Danse Adverts are collectibles similar to ones in the main game. They appear as posters found on the walls of buildings at ground level or as billboards on top of some buildings or beside the street that have graffiti on them. All spots always have a group of enemies nearby, so for ones on ground level that are in areas visible to civilians it can be easier to just run in and grab the collectible then run away. Like the main game collectibles they appear with the clue reticle that grows when you are near and looking toward them.

All collectibles are available immediately upon starting the DLC unlike the “collectibles” in the previous DLC.

Just Passing Through
Reach Safia without killing any innocent mortals.
Bronze
This trophy is earned during the main quest “Art is Theft” while you are going through the Conservatory during the flashback. At the start while moving through the upper area there are police throughout, and you need to avoid killing them. You can do this by just ignoring and running past all of them up until the large multi level room with the plants in the middle. This room you need a key from one of the police to open the door. If you walk all the way up to the door, your clue reticle will then change to highlighting the officer with the key, who should be immediately to the right if you move quickly to the door before the officers move around too much. Sneak behind them and aim at the key to pick it up. Once you go through the door the trophy will unlock immediately before you encounter any of the Sabbat enemies through the rest of the area.

Rope Trick
Leash, catch in mid-air, and equip a gun.
Bronze
Leash is Ysabella’s ranged ability, replacing Phyre’s telekinesis. Functionally it works fairly similar, allowing you to grab enemies by aiming at them and pressing :r2: , which will hold them in place. You can also use it to pick up dropped items, which is what it required for this trophy. Find a gun that is dropped by an enemy, aim at it and press :r2: to pull it toward yourself, and then press :sq: while it is in middair to equip it and earn the trophy.
Swansong
Stun the audience at the Glacier Hotel with an unexpected recital.
Bronze
This trophy is earned during main quest “Captive Audience” when you go to the objective at the Glacier Hotel. After speaking to the two groups of guests you are approached by a staff member, and need to pick the dialogue option “I’d like the room for a moment”, where Ysabella will sing to compel the guests the leave the hotel, awarding the trophy.

The Love Scene
Have a romantic interlude with Verona.
Bronze
This trophy is earned during the last main quest “Radical Honesty” after entering the Atrium. On the way upstairs you can see Verona sitting in a booth before going through the door that lets you reach the Penthouse. Speak with her and select the dialogue option “You excite me.”, then any of the three next options, followed by either of the two kiss options to earn the trophy.

Absolute Beast
Follow the instincts and unfiltered desires of the Beast throughout The Flower & The Flame.
Bronze
POTENTIALLY GLITCHED

Currently this and the following two trophies appear to be bugged and don’t unlock. They would seem to correspond to making the correct dialogue choices that correspond to the masks in the final quest of the game, also making the same choice of 3 masks and final dialogue, but multiple people across multiple playthroughs have not been able to earn any of these trophies yet.

Glorious Diva
Behave like a true diva, exalting art above all else throughout The Flower & The Flame.
Bronze
 POTENTIALLY GLITCHED
Perfect Predator
Be the cold, calculating predator, manipulating your way throughout The Flower & The Flame.
Bronze
 POTENTIALLY GLITCHED
Creative Solution
Collect vital art supplies for the “Last Danse” at Atrium.
Bronze
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is for completing the main quest “Art is Theft”. This quest involves fighting through the Conservatory to the test room you found near the end of the main game.

Many Hands
Secure helpers to work behind the scenes for the “Last Danse” at Atrium.
Bronze
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is for completing the main quest “Supporting Cast”. This quest involves going to three locations around the city and fighting groups of enemies.

Stolen Hearts
Win over a ravenous audience for the “Last Danse” at Atrium.
Bronze
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is for completing the main quest “Captive Audience”. This quest involves going to two locations to recruit an audience to come to the Atrium.

At the Dutchmen, you need to select dialogue to convince the crowd to come to the Atrium. You can pick the options in the following order:

  1. You want a night to remember?
  2. I see the outlaws who ran this town.
  3. Atrium has a floor built for a riot!
  4. A wall of sound to drown out your worries.
  5. Show them we can still start a riot.
The Dance of Destruction
Complete The Flower & The Flame on Normal or Hard Difficulty.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for completing the entire game on either Normal or Hard difficulty all the way through. On Normal this is notably harder than Loose Cannon because of the significantly higher number of enemies with guns and Ysabella having much worse overall powers to pick from. During encounters try to always take out the enemies with guns first, then use the guns on the remaining enemies as they are quite strong. Remember that you can hold onto weapons to save them between encounters, so if you finish an area check if there’s a dropped gun you hadn’t used to carry to the next area.

In the final quest “Radical Honesty” you select the order you complete encounters in based on the doors you go through, so this might not be the same order.

In the area where Ysabella is talking about Dani, there are two enemy encounters where you need to pull switches to turn off the lights, then exit the area through the curtain, which you can do even if there are still enemies. In the area that is the interior of the Dutchmen there is one switch on the left of the bar, and the other upstairs in the side room. You need to pull both within a short time of each other or they turn back on, so it’s easier to hit the one upstairs then jump the railing to the lower area to flip that one second.

In Aurora pawn you first need to interact with the records that are around the store, then speak with the radio. Give the following responses (that are based on the info on the records):

  1. Stupid Being.
  2. Defiant.
  3. Got Embraced.
  4. Confident.

In the area where Ysabella is talking about Vader, you are intended to stealth through the areas as all of your abilties are locked and you cannot attack. In the first room, move along the left wall after the enemies move away from you. In the second area, you are meant to sneak mostly through the center and left side, waiting for the enemies to move out of the way. If you get spotted, you can just try rushing to the far wall and interact with the curtain and you will progress even if the enemies are attacking you, which you can also do in the first room because it is so small.

In the art gallery area where you speak with Verona and Ravenna, you just need to progress through the area as the choices don’t matter.

The final boss is effectively just a repeat of the fight against Ysabella from the main game, including the waves of weak enemies in between the boss phases. The fight is overall much easier than any of the fights in the playthrough leading up to it, as the weak enemies die in one hit and the enemy Ysabella isn’t particularly strong.
