A Target On Their Backs is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “A Target On Their Backs” Main Quest.

A Target On Their Back Starting Location

This mission will start immediately after saving the girl from the Marauders. This mission starts in Lake Crater.

Ride South with Captain Kouri

Ride back with Captain Kouri. As you ride, Kouri and Deacon will talk about their own experiences in the “army”. Keep following him until a new cutscene starts during which Kouri and Deacon get more personal about their past love relationships. As they talk, Deacon is once again losing himself in memories with Sarah.

Deacon’s memory transports you to a grassy hill lit by a beautiful starry sky. Follow the trail and simply enjoy your date and some fun banter between Sarah and Deacon. Once your walk is finished, Deacon will propose to Sarah, but their romantic date is interrupted by a call Sara receives from work. This concludes the memory and it’s time to go back to the present.

This concludes A Target On Their Backs mission in Days Gone and transitions seamlessly into “I Don’t Have a Pic” after the Deacon’s memory with Sarah.
