Dead Island 2 All Missing Persons Quests

Dead Island 2 has 9 Missing Persons Lost & Found Quests. Completing all 9 Missing Person Quests unlocks the Sole Survivor trophy & achievement.

None of the Lost & Found Quests are missable. After the story you have fast-travel and free-roam available and can return everywhere. These quests aren’t available from the start. They are gated behind Story & Side Quest Progress. The simplest approach is to finish all Main Quests & Side Quests first. Then you have access to all Lost & Found quests. All Missing Persons quests are started in Ocean Avenue. After advancing the story through this area, you will get red icons on the map in the Ocean Avenue HQ. There will be missing person letters on the wall by the elevators. Picking up those letters starts the quests. Do some quests, then come back for new quests to spawn. A few are only available after finishing the entire main story. The simplest approach is to finish the story first, then come back for these.

Some Missing Person quests have quest markers so be sure to track them from the quest menu. But some are trickier and require you to search a lot with few quest markers. The walkthroughs below will guide you to all locations.
