Death Stranding All Buildable Structures & Upgrade Cost

In Death Stranding you can build 10 types of structures. This page provides an overview of all buildable structures in the game and what each of their upgrades costs.

Building every structure unlocks the “Master Builder” trophy. Fully upgrading all structures to level 3 unlocks the “Trail-Blazer” trophy.

While the Ladder, Sign and Anchor are directly craftable at terminals / inventory, all the other bigger structures require a so called “PCC” device. You must fabricate a PCC device at a terminal, put it in your inventory, equip it to select what type of structure you want to build. It will 3D-print a structure anywhere in the game world.

LADDER – Cost: 20 Metals

SIGN – Cost: Nothing (Free) – Hold and press to place a sign. These will be shown to other online players.

ANCHOR – Cost: 16 Resins

GENERATOR – (PCC Lv. 1) – Level 2: 400 Metals, Level 3: 100 Chiral Crystals, 400 Metals

WATCHTOWER – (PCC Lv. 1) – Level 2: 32 Chiral Crystals, 400 Metals – Level 3: 150 Chiral Crystals, 800 Metals

SAFEHOUSE – (PCC Lv. 2) – Level 1: 300 Chiral Crystals, 2400 Special Alloys – Level 2: 500 Chiral Crystals, 4500 Special Alloys – Level 3: 1000 Chiral Crystals, 6840 Special Alloys

TIMEFALL SHELTER – (PCC Lv. 1) – Level 2: 32 Chiral Crystals, 400 Metals – Level 3: 300 Chiral Crystals, 1200 Metals

ZIPLINE – (PCC Lv. 2) – Level 2: 240 Chemicals, 480 Special Alloys, Level 3: 300 Chiral Crystals, 1440 Chemicals, 1440 Special Alloys
