Characteristics: If you see a Sawk training in the mountains in its single-minded pursuit of strength, it’s best to quietly pass by. The karate chops of a Sawk that’s trained itself to the limit can cleave the ocean itself.

  • Motostoke Outskirts
    • OVERWORLD – All Weather (Lv. 22-26) – 05% Chance – Sword Exclusive
  • Motostoke Riverbank
    • OVERWORLD – Overcast (Lv. 26-28) – 05% Chance – Sword Exclusive
  • Bridge Field
    • OVERWORLD – Overcast (Lv. 27-29) – 05% Chance – Sword Exclusive
  • Route 8 (on Steamdrift Way)
    • OVERWORLD – All Weather (Lv. 39-43) – 05% Chance – Sword Exclusive
  • Giant’s Mirror
    • OVERWORLD – Overcast (Lv. 28-30) – 10% Chance – Sword Exclusive
  • *Can only be caught in Sword edition (replaced by “Throh” in Shield edition)!
  • How to get Sawk in Shield edition: Have a player with Sword edition trade you this Pokemon (locally or via internet). Shield players get Throh exclusivity instead!

    Shield players looking for Sawk, there’s an NPC trade (Vanillish for Sawk) in Circhester near the fountain. In Sword, it’s Throh.
