The Odyssey is a Side Quest in Assassin’s Creed Origins. This walkthrough shows how to complete the quest.

Requirement: having finished A Tithe By Any Other Name and waited some time
Reward: 800 XP
Objectives:
- Escort the Priest to the northern temple
- Speak to the Priest
Sometime after we helped the Priest steal a cart full of food, we spot him in the streets. He fears for his life because the soldiers found out that he ordered the theft. Our Priest now requires assistance to flee the city to a small temple nearby.
Simply call your mount and ride towards the destination. You’ll likely encounter enemies on the way once or twice, but just go on riding. If someone still might be following you, get out your bow and get rid of him. You will reach your destination quite quick and only have to speak to the Priest – who now reveals his real name Lysander to you – one more time before his questline concludes.
