Have It Your Way is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “Have It Your Way” Main Quest.
Storyline: Surviving Isn’t Living
Objectives:
- Find a Healthy Dog
- Clear the Area of Enemies
- Find Bait to Lure the Dog out
- Capture the Dog
Have It Your Way Starting Location
This mission will become available shortly after talking to Addy in the Infirmary about Boozer’s Mental Health. The recent episode where Boozer risked his life for a dog opened their eyes what might be good for him to cope with his physical disability.
Find a Healthy Dog
Addy will name you a location in eastern Lost Lake, where a healthy dog could be. When approaching the compound, you can hear a puppy crying from a shed, which is attacked by a few Freaks. Take them out to figure out the next step.
The Dog won’t get out of the shed, so it might be work looking for something to lure him out. Head to the northern side of the adjacent house and climb into the upper floor.
Have a look at the chewed-on pillow and follow the trail downstairs.
In a bedroom you can find a box of Dog Treats on a dresser.
Head outside and place them on the ground to lure the little guy out.
He seems to be friendly 🙂
After a cutscene, we are immediately back in camp and can present the dog to Boozer, who is quite happy as well.
