This mission unlocks after the end of You Alone I Have Seen. This mission starts in Crater Lake.

Meet Colonel Garret

Ride to the mission marker to talk to the Colonel. He will give another of his speeches about the Bible. Just listen to them or skip this cutscene entirely. “Mission” complete (it’s essentially just one cutscene).
