Days Gone Lots of Sick People Walkthrough

Lots of Sick People is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “Lots of Sick People” Main Quest.

Lots of Sick People Starting Location

This mission starts seamlessly after the end of It’s Not Safe Here.

Return to your Bike with Lisa

You must lead Lisa back to your bike, which will be parked by the nearest fuel station. Along the way you will encounter some Freakers. Simply kill them to clear the way. Before you get to the fuel station make sure you got a fair amount of ammo and throwables (craft some if you can). A bear boss fight is coming up and it’s going to take a lot of ammo and explosives so be prepared.

Defeat the Bear

Once you reach the fuel station, you’ll get attacked by a bear. This is going to be the toughest enemy you faced thus far. The bear has lots of health. An easy method is to climb to the roof of the fuel station via the ladder on its wall. The bear can’t reach you up there. Then you can throw explosives at it and shoot it from afar. Especially explosives are your best friend. You can also lure it to fuel cans and shoot them when the bear is close, thus causing it a lot of damage. There’s also a white explosive gas tank on the side of the fuel station that will explode upon shooting it. This is another great way to deal massive damage to the bear (just make sure you’ve some distance to the tank or else you’ll just blow up yourself). You can also walk around cars in a circle so the bear can’t hit you, or just roll away when it charges at you.

Ride to the Hot Springs / Defeat the Marauders

With the bear killed, get on your bike and Lisa will automatically come after you and jump on the bike. Then drive her back to the Hot Springs camp. Along the way the story path leads you through a tunnel. Some Marauders will be inside and you must kill them all, then you can keep driving.

This concludes Lots of Sick People mission in Days Gone and unlocks “It’s a Rifle, Not a Gun”.
