Playing All Night is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “Playing All Night” Main Quest.
Storyline: He’s My Brother
Objectives:
- Ride to the Crash Site
- Find the Antibiotics
- Kill the Breaker
- Retrieve the Antibiotics
- Get the Antibiotics to Your Bike
- Ride Back to Lost Lake
Bringing a Machine Gun into this mission is a good idea.
Playing All Night Starting Location
This mission will become available sometime after talking to Skizzo in the Lost Lake Lodge, where he pointed out a crashed airplane with medical supplies.
Ride to the Crash Site
This will be the first time we are able to head into the Game’s fourth Region, Iron Butte, located to the West of Lost Lake and the South of Belknap.
The direct route is closed off, so we have to make a small detour through the bloody/muddy way on the right side.
Rippers will be guarding the border, so you want to take out your binoculars 
and mark them to track their ways. Use rocks to distract and kill them. At least one big enemy will roam the area, whom you must defeat with gunfire.

Once all enemies are gone, you can push the car out of the way and continue to ride to the Crash Site. The final few steps have to be made on foot.

Kill the Breaker
When approaching the plane, Deacon will be introduced to a new type of enemy – the Breaker. He is a big brute, who will tear up anything that comes into his way.
If you have some throwable explosives on you, it is a good idea to throw them at him to introduce yourself. Pull out your machine gun and fire away. Once he gets really close, roll 
out of the way and rinse and repeat.
If he gets close to some placed explosive containers, use them to get a big chunk off his health.

If you deliver the final killing blow with your regular Knife, you can get the 
This is a Knife Trophy out of the way.
Retrieve Antibiotics and Ride Back
Once the big guy is taken care of, scan your surroundings for crafting material. Pick up the Antibiotics within the broken plane and head back to Lost Lake. There shouldn’t be anything to worry along the way from now on.

A cutscene with Skizzo and Rikki will play and it will transition right into the next mission, With Other Men’s Blood, which only is the ride back to Lost Lake’s Camp.

There is a major glitch on the up all night mission where you cannot push the car out of the way to get to the next part.

After killing the breaker, make sure you explore and collect everything you want before you pick up the antibiotics pack. Once you leave the crash site, you can’t get back. The wag is blocked at the ripper camp you fought thru on the way there.

To Bypass the glitch you have to make sure you do not drag machine gun guy out past the bridge. This worked for me.

you have to sneak up to the 4 guys use your knife quietly then kill the guy with the big guns use your big knife it works for me if you kill the guy with theach big gun last and fast you get is gun before he uses it so it will be full no bullets used .
