Rebel Camp is the 5th shrine in Cloudspire region of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.
Collectibles Overview:
How to reach Rebel Camp: multiple ways to get here, but all ways lead to the Rebel Camp. Can either follow the path further uphill from Cloudspire Outskirts up the buildings, or go through the cave system after Mort Grotto shrine. The shrine is at the end of the Rebel Camp, up a small ladder behind two enemies shooting cannons.

From Cloudspire Outskirts shrine, go through the shortcut gate to the right of the shrine (was opened from the other side), go up the snowy path, go left, keep going straight on this path, through a wooden gate you opened from the other side, go straight again to reach 2 soldiers shooting cannons at you. Behind these cannons to the left is a little ladder. Climb up that ladder to find the shrine. Alternatively, you could also go through the tunnel at Mort Grotto shrine to reach an elevator that takes you up to the Rebel Camp.
Rebel Camp Key + Spell: Thunderstorm + Secret Letter (Quest Item)
Dropped by the high-health soldier directly in front of the shrine.
Jade Pendant: Bravery Pendant
From the shrine turn around 180° and enter the next tent, open the small chest inside.
Bamboozling #8
From the shrine go toward the elevator where the enemies on cannons are located. The Bamboozling will appear right in front of the elevator. (If you come from the elevator the Bamboozling will likely be killed by the tripwire bombs), so if he’s no longer here he probably died already from explosions.
NPC: Nian Suichang
Go down the path to the boss gate and he will appear near it if you gave him back his pack earlier in the area. Use the Bone Whistle to summon him to this fight.
Boss: General of the North – Ai Nengqi (Boss Guide)
To the left of the shrine, drop down the ladder and go down the left path. Use the Rebel Camp key on the big gate (next to Nian Suichang). Remember to use Bone Whistle to beat the boss with him. IMPORTANT: For Nian Suichang’s questline you have to defeat this boss BEFORE defeating “Ming General – Liu Cheng’en”. If you lit the 3 signal fires the bosses could be done in different order. If you didn’t light the signal fires, the gate to the next boss opens automatically after defeating this boss.
Rewards: Weapon: Flamebringer (Longsword), 1x White Jade Dumpling, Seven Treasure Rosary (Tao Qing shop upgrade), Spell: Echo of Ai Nengqi,

NPC: Nian Suichang
Speak with him again outside the boss arena, gives 3 x Special Pills.
NPC: Qiao Ying
Go back to Qiao Ying in the building near the Cloudspire Outskirts shrine. Choose to Give her news of Ai Nengqi, then give her the second White Jade Dumpling.
Now proceed over the drawbridge that lowered in the cutscene, either after lighting the 3 signal fires, or after beating the boss. Fast travel back to Cloudspire Outskirts, go through the shortcut gate to the right of the shrine, up the path and then go right over the bridge.
Boss: Ming General – Liu Cheng’en (Boss Guide)
Found after crossing the drawbridge towards Snowpeak Pass.
Rewards: Wooden Strip (Tao Qing shop upgrade), Spell: Echo of Liu Cheng’en, Ming General – Liu Cheng’en

I also noticed sometimes the NPCs give different items. I put what they gave me. My teammate sometimes go other items too. But doesn’t matter as they’re just consumables.
