Mort Grotto is the 4th shrine in Cloudspire region of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.

How to reach Mort Grotto: multiple ways to get here, from Cloudspire Outskirts follow the path to the right until reaching a red-eyed enemy, there you can grab a blue item which will automatically break the floor to drop you down to the shrine (you’ll land in a yellow circle). Alternatively, from Snowy Passage stick to the right side to go through a cave that also leads here.

Over the small bridge in front of the shrine, it’s a purple item on the ground.
