Palace Pass is the 5th shrine in Worship’s Rise in Ruins region of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.
Collectibles Overview:
How to reach Palace Pass: exit the Palace area on the other end where big monsters are fighting, it leads through a small wood area. Follow the path behind the wood to reach this shrine.
Worship’s Rise in Ruins – Palace Pass
Red Mercury Essence + Jade Pendant: Twin Lion Pendant
Open the door in the wall opposite the shrine to find the red-eyed enemy, and a small chest with the pendant behind them.
Boss: Vermilion Feathers – Honglan (Boss Guide)
Down the path behind the shrine.
Rewards: Ice Crystal (Tao Qing item), Lovely Brocade Bag (Quest Item), Spell: Echo of Honglan, 
Vermilion Feathers – Honglan
Interact with the door that appears to get out of the boss arena.
NPC: Boatman
Immediately in front of you after you are transported by the door. Gives a Blood of Changdong.
Shrine: Worship’s Rise in Ruins – Palace Entrance
On the main path after the Boatman.
