Annalum is the 4th shrine in Worship’s Rise region of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.
Collectibles Overview:
How to reach Annalum: from Shu Sanctum shrine, turn around 180°, leave the building and go downstairs. On the right side is an invisible bridge (indicated by green/yellow orbs in the air). Go over the invisible bridge, then down the left path along the riverside until you enter a bamboo forest. Take the right path up the hill to reach a village. A big enemy will roll a rock at you. To the right of this enemy go on the roof and up the ladder, cross the roof and go down the ladder on the other side. You will reach a fire bird enemy. To the left of him, go down the path and you’ll reach this hidden shrine at the end.

Jade Pendant: Pixiu Pendant (+1 in NG+)
Past the shrine, go into the walled area and to the back left past the building. At the bottom of the hill is a chest with this pendant.
Inner Demon (Bo Blood) & Shadow Stone Needle – Agility (Gleaming Stone Needle in NG+)
Dropped by the demon that appears when you approach the chest that contains the pendant.
Scenic Painting (Tao Qing Shop Upgrade)
Go to the right of the area to a second building and defeat the red-eyed enemy.
