This walkthrough shows how to do Silent Assassin, Suit Only Challenge in Hitman 3 Mendoza (Argentina). This takes place in mission “The Farewell”.
To get Silent Assassin, Suit Only you can’t kill anyone except your targets, have no bodies found, don’t be detected, and do it all in your default starting outfit without putting on disguises. It’s the hardest challenge in each level. In the Game Options under Gameplay, HUD turn on “Silent Assassin HUD”. This shows two green pistols in the bottom left of the screen to confirm you haven’t broken stealth (if it turns red you failed and must reload the previous save).

Walkthrough
Step 1: Start at the Shrine, then walk up the path to the right of the shrine. Pick up the crowbar on the path. Then climb up to the villa grounds.
Step 2: From where you’re coming use the first pipe on the front-right corner of the Villa to climb up to the balcony where Mrs. Yates is sitting (while climbing the pipe you can steer 
to see the prompt to climb to the gazebo roofing, you don’t want to climb to the roof above Mrs. Yates). Choke out Mrs. Yates before her husband arrives. This is very time-sensitive and you must rush here very quickly after the mission start (it’s also why starting at the Shrine is highly recommended). Once you know where to go it will be easy to replicate this each time but there isn’t much time to waste. If Mr. Yates is already on the balcony it’s better to restart.
Step 3: When Mr. Yates enters the upstairs room, throw the crowbar below the chandelier. When he investigates the crowbar you take him out from behind. (Obviously, don’t let him go onto the balcony as he’d see Mrs. Yates body. Also don’t throw coins and other stuff that would attract the guards).
Step 4: Store Mr. Yates body in the box in the room. Mrs. Yates you can leave lying on the balcony, nobody will ever go there.
Step 5: Backtrack all the way to the Shrine where you started. Now take the path left of the shrine (there’s also a shortcut door on this path). After going through the shortcut door, go up the stairs to the immediate left.
Step 6: Turn on the Faucets near the stairs so they make water leaks around the electric lamps on the ground. You can highlight all these in instinct mode

. This way you can set up a trap, by shooting the floor-lamps when Tamara walks past it will electrocute her. Just a puddle of water and floor light must be close together.
Step 7: Make a Manual Save and wait a few minutes until she walks past the floor light shown in the picture below.
Shoot the light to cause an accident kill. Just make sure that Diana (woman with blue outline) is out of the water puddle before shooting this lamp (you can’t harm Diana). It’s fine when the bodyguards and other people see this “kill”. Because they think it was an accident it doesn’t count as a “detected body” and doesn’t void anything. Just stand far back by the stairs when you fire your shot so nobody sees & use the silenced pistol so nobody hears.
Step 8: Wait for Diana to walk to the dancefloor. Then dance Tango with Diana to exfiltrate the mission. It will take Diana a minute to get to the dancefloor.
If you did everything correctly, you will earn the classic challenges in one go. Silent Assassin, Suit Only + Silent Assassin + Suit Only.

This strategy can be easily modified to get Sniper Assassin along with Silent Assassin, Suit only all at the same time. Take a briefcase with a silenced sniper rifle in it, and before scaling the villa throw the briefcase onto the roof. Then throwing it to knock out Yates wife and Yates when he reaches the top floor. Then pull the rifle out and shoot Yates with it, hiding his body.
When exiting the villa throw the briefcase down into the flowers below, retrieving it once off the roof. From there you can follow Diana and Tamara and there are two spots that give you great opportunity to silently take out the two bodyguards unnoticed. The first one is when they lean against the balcony and have a chat, one guard leans against a round flower display and can be pulled inside. The second one is when they go through the door towards the security room.
You can knock guard #2 out and shove his body into the nearby locker without being noticed. Then just wait for an opportunity to either knock out and shoot, or just shoot Tamara with no one but Diana nearby using the sniper. You can speed this up by luring Tamara out of the security area too.

Nice, thanks. For Tamara, I choked her out when her and Diana were rejoining the party after going upstairs from the security room. Choked out the waiter in the hall too. Then sniped her and hid the body. Good strategy you had, thank you.
