In Tales of Arise you can cook meals that give you temporary buffs and status boosts. Cooking meals costs ingredients, which can be obtained at specific locations in the game. This guide shows where to find all Cooking Ingredients in Tales of Arise. None of them are missable, you can still return to all of these areas after the story. Cooking materials are marked by blue sparkles on the map and can also be bought from the merchants at Inns.

- Boss Fish: From fishing (unlocked at end of 3rd Realm Menancia) and catching rare 3-star Boss Fish at fishing spots.
