Still in progress, hopefully will be done this week. There are a lot of things to cover and test in this game.
Why are areas 15-20 in those locations, and not done earlier?
They are side areas, there is no need to go to them earlier. The walkthrough focuses on mandatory story areas first. But really this game has no “fixed” order, you can approach the areas in many different orders.
