Kingdom Hearts 3 has 59 Ingredients needed for Cooking and the Cornucopia trophy or achievement (collect every type of ingredient). With ingredients you can cook meals (prepare cuisine) at Little Chef’s Bistro in Twilight Town. The meals give you special buffs in combat which is very helpful for higher difficulties.
Ingredients are found in three ways: bought from the Moogle Shop (more become available as you progress in the story), found in the world as Collectibles, and obtained from the Flantastic Seven. See Flantastic Seven Locations. They are some blob-like creatures that give you bonus missions (7 in total). Each Flan wears a fruit on its head, which it gives to you for beating its mission!
The purchasable ones can be bought from any Moogle Shop, it doesn’t have to be a specific one. However, if they are not available it means you need to progress further in the story. After the story the ones listed will all be available at any Moogle Shop in the game.

- Eel – Location: Moogle Shop, Kingdom of Corona (The Hills)
- Eggplant – Location: The Hundred Acre Wood
- Filet Mignon – Location: Monstropolis (Laugh Floor, Continue down the Laugh Floor all the way to the final cubicle on the left, On the desk in this cubicle is a Chinese food container which contains this ingredient)
- Garlic – Location: Toy Box (Galaxy Toys 2F, Once on the 2nd floor head to the opposite side of the balcony from the side you entered from and there will be a lounge, the ‘Drink Factory’. From the right of the giant blender out front there is a couple Chinese food containers on a small table between two seats. This ingredient is in one of these containers.)

- Portobello – Location: Arendelle (Frozen Wall, As soon as you enter this area from Valley of Ice continue straight until you can’t go straight anymore and the path wants to loop back towards an air pad. At the end of the path in the bend will be a couple of bushes you can knock the snow off of but also mushrooms on the floor you can gather, Those mushrooms are this ingredient).
- Pumpkin – Location: The Hundred Acre Wood
- Quail – Location: San Fransokyo (South District, Follow the the path to your right when facing the city from the South District save point. Follow the road all the way until you get to the walkway over the road. Jump up to the walkway above where there are a few park benches. One park bench has two Chinese food containers on it. One of those containers contains butter but the other contains this ingredient).
- Raspberry – Location: Arendelle (Frozen Wall, located in fruit bushes on the way up the mountain)
- Rice – Location: Moogle Shop
- Rosemary – Location: Moogle Shop, Toy Box (just outside the starting house)
- Saffron – Location: Moogle Shop
- Scallop – Location: Kingdom of Corona (Shore, Entering from Wildflower Clearing run straight into the water farther out and you will see bubbles. Collect those bubbles for this ingredient.)

Anyone know how to get the Honey in 100 Acre Wood?
After completing a disney world, Chips and Dale will ask you to meet Merlin at the Grand Bistrot in Twilight Town
Once you make it to 100 Acre Wood and complete the story there, then once you go back to it, you can help Rabbit collect flowers and if you do well enough, you can get a bunch of honey.
Can you do the flan missions to get multiples of their ingredients?
If you can hit 20000 or higher on most of the Flans they will give you three of their ingredient.
20000 or above = 3 ingredients
10000 to 20000 = 1 ingredient
10000 and lower = nothing
Are the 100 Acre Woods ingredients locked in the mini-games or something? I can’t find them anywhere in the area, and I’ve re-played the mini-games but have only been getting Panacea.
The idea is to play the mini games yes.
Its easier going to other places than relying on the 100 Acre Wood minigames to get the ingredients. I know for carrots i was able to find them going down the path from the Ice Palace in Arendelle and breaking crates along the way. The yellow ones by wagons.

Where in the 100 Acre Woods is there a Pumpkin? I see them all around but cannot harvest them. I have beaten the game.
You have to keep playing the game until you get some, kind of annoying but you’ll get them eventually.
where exactly do you find the carrot? I have searched every inch of 100 acre woods and played every mini game.
There are carrots on the Docks Port Royal
Filet Mignon is obtained by getting Excellent on recipes in the Bistro.
Portobello Mushrooms are obtained from Arendelle, they’re down the mountain path, in the area where there are little whirlwinds that will boost you upward. Start from the Ice Palace and work your way down via the cave.
As for Quail. Caribbean world, in a Box on the Docks. May have to poke around a bit for that one, but that’s where they are.
The Chinese food container in Galaxy Toys listed as Tomato, the one across from the Vic the Vistor….. It’s definitely Pumpkin. Like I followed this because I needed Tomato and I got freaking PUMPKIN.
Hmm the food container may be randomized. Will do some retries on this and see where else it can be found.
To find the Scallops it would be easier to go travel to The Kingdom, thoroughfare. You can just work your way backwards to the Shore, instead of travelling all the way down the wildflower clearing
Also you can’t find them in the water, they’re on the beach. It looks like a shell, its not that hard to miss.
