Characteristics: When this Pokémon becomes angry, its pores secrete a poisonous sweat, which it sprays at its opponent’s eyes. On the night of a full moon, or when it gets excited, the ring patterns on its body glow yellow.
Umbreon Location in Pokemon Sword & Shield: You can find Umbreon in the following locations:
- Obtained by evolving Eevee at nighttime when its Happiness value is at 220 (play with it at camp, cook curry). Beware, leveling up Eevee at day will evolve it into Espeon and would cancel out Umbreon.
- Lake of Outrage
- OVERWORLD – Sandstorm (Lv. 56-60) – this isn’t listed as a habitat in Pokedex, but it wanders around the area (physically seen in the overworld).
- Cannot be encountered in any raids.

I literally got a shiny umbreon in lake out outrage where the stone rocks are during sandstorm level 60 first try! You can see her/him overworked which is good. It’s blue!!! So cute

Espeon spawns in foggy weather. Set your switch click to 3/1/2020 mate.

Try to get an Eevee… if you want an Umbreon, I suggest getting an Eevee and max it’s happiness to 220 at night.

I had my eevee’s happiness went to 220 but it didn’t evolve at night 🙁 Maybe because I need to level it up more?

A maxed friendship Eevee evolves into Sylveon only if it had previously learned a Fairy Type move before evolving.
