To unlock all trophies & achievements you will need to find all Collectibles. Nothing is missable, you can return to all areas at any time. There is still free-roam after the story and you can go back everywhere to clean up anything you’ve missed.
All collectibles are available on the first playthrough, except 1 Blade which you get at the start of New Game+. After the ending you can save your game and it will show a star icon on that save. Then you can continue to clean up any collectibles. When you’re done with cleanup you can use this save to start New Game+.
Any collectible or item that can be picked up is marked by Koo when you are nearby, with most important items staying marked on the map until they are picked up.
- Shrines, Keeper Golems, Documents, and Campsites all have icons after being picked up, so they are easiest to track what you have and haven’t already obtained. Shrines stay marked in NG+ but the other three have their visual tracking reset, but overall progress toward them is carried between playthroughs.
- Seedlings, Cook Books, Blades, and Arrow/Bolt Manuals can be checked by comparing your inventory to the collectible pages, as they are listed in a set or in your inventory, not based on when you pick them up.
- Elite Golems and Lore Paintings do not have any overall tracking, and Lore Paintings aren’t marked in any way when you are near them, so these two are the most work to determine if you miss any.

Your comment about the Keeper Golems must be wrong or the Trophy is bugged for me.
Im currently cleaning up every Collectible and just got the Finders,Keepers Trophy.
I just checked every Map and found exactly 29 Golems +1 if we include the first one that didnt Show up on the Map
Ogouchi Buffer Zone: 3 Golems + 1 not showing up on the Map
Ancient Civilization Zone: 2 Golems
The Great Wall Terraces: 5 Golems
Pilgrim’s Zone: 3 Golems
Matsukawa Zone: 3 Golems
Fuji Frontier Zone: 4 Golems
Giant Tree Zone: 2 Golems
Crater Zone: 5 Golems
Inukami River Zone: 2 Golems
Thats 29 in Total. Great when you can redo them in NG+ but its technically already possible in your first Playthrough to get the Trophy.

The first one that doesn’t show on the map must count then (Rusted Golem). That explains it, so it is actually 30 available in the first playthrough. All 30 are listed in the by region guide already.
The trophy description is trolling a bit too by saying “30” instead of “every” (unlike the rest of the trophies).

Is there a tracker on these collectibles ? There are so many and very difficult to keep track of. Thanks.
PowerPyx says
Yes and no. Some collectible type’s map markers get a checkmark after you’ve collected them, so you can easily tell from the map icons what you’ve got. But these map markers reset in NG+.
Other types don’t stay marked on the map but you can view the items in your inventory.
