- To obtain Whipped Dream you must head to the Pokemon Center in the middle of Hammerlocke. Inside you find a girl in a white outfit, standing next to the Pokemart counter. She will sell you Whipped Dream for 1oBP (Battle Points). You can earn BP from the Battle Tower. You can acquire various other evolution items from here too.
Whipped Dream Usage:
The only use of Whipped Dream is to evolve Swirlix to Slurpuff. You must give Swirlix this item and then trade this Pokemon to another person (locally or via internet) to trigger the evolution. It’s one of the more secret evolutions in the game.
