Neither Swine nor Hare Meat is an item in Tales of Arise that you need to complete Sub-Quest “Gourmet Saga: Soft and Fluffy“.
Neither Swine nor Hare Meat is just a different name for Rappig Meat. What you need is to harvest 2x Rappig Meat from Pharia Ranch to fulfill the quest objective.
Go to Pharia Ranch (in 3rd Realm Menancia), talk to the Farmer there and pick Rappigs for breeding. Return later, after 30-60 minutes (you’ll get a text popup on the right side of the screen when the animals are fully grown). Then you can harvest their meat. If you spend 600 Glad on the Miracle Feed they will grow quicker and yield more meat.
In case you’ve never visited Pharia Ranch before, it’s accessed by talking to the collapsed man in Traslida Highway (3rd Realm Menancia), just before the entrance to Viscint.
