Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag Resynced has 16 Mayan Stelae Locations. Finding and solving all of them lets you unlock the secret door in Tulum to get the Mayan Outfit as a reward. They get revealed on the map when synchronizing the viewpoints.
The first Mayan Stelae is automatically completed as part of the story in Sequence 04. Afterward the other Stelae spawn in the open world. You need to climb on top of them, then a button prompt will appear and you must align the white lines with the rock formations on the floor. Each one gives a Mayan Stone.
Once all 16 puzzles have been solved, you need to travel to Tulum. There will be a marker on your map, saying “Mayan Outfit”. Go there and open up the door to get the Mayan Outfit, it deflects bullets from enemies shooting at you.

Get Mayan Outfit in Tulum
After getting all 16 Mayan Stones, there will be a marker on the map at Tulum, saying “Mayan Outfit”. Go there and open up the door to get the Mayan Outfit, it deflects bullets from enemies shooting at you.
